Saint Joseph’s Zeppole
Typical dessert prepared for the anniversary of Father’s Day. Fried in plenty extra virgin olive oil from our Farm. The mixture of flour, water, extra virgin olive oil, salt and eggs is processed and then through a sac a poche, the mixture is skilfully shaped into a little circle.
Cream puffs (Bignè)
Baked dessert. Made with the same mixture of Saint Joseph’s Zeppole, shape into little balls and place in the oven.
